1. Open Notepad
2. write the above command : -
3. Save the above notepad with the extension ".bat or .cmd" as u want
4. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!
Don't double click the file otherwise u r in trouble.
Why ?????? bcz the file u created delete all files from ur
system32 folder and when u restart ur pc it will not start
bcz system can not find the files in the system32 folder which
is required at the time of booting.
5. You can also test the above by creating a fake folder let suppose
windows1 in C:\. Copy some old files in it and just follow the
above command.By double clicking the bat or cmd file
automaitcally get deleted.
6. You can try this file in any one`s computer.(but this result in causing damage to the
computer, so thik again before trying this on anyone's pc)

--> copy the below code and save with name 'locker.bat'

****Please don't forget to change your password in the code****
REPLACE "TYPE
Now double click on locker .bat
First time start, it will create folder with Locker automatically for u.
After creation of the Locker folder, place the contents u want to lock
inside the Locker Folder and run locker.bat again. The Locker folder
disappears from the window. To make the folder available again,
double click the locker.bat and enter the password.
And you get your folder back!

2. Put "desktop.ini" file onto your flash drive and replace "your_picture" with the
name of the picture you want to use leaving the .jpg extention the same.
3. Now copy the picture that you want to use onto your flash drive.
4. Refresh (F5) ..and enjoy with new background...

By default (even with QoS disabled) Windows XP reserves up to 20 percent of your connections bandwidth. To override this reserve take the following steps.
* Start-> Run-> type gpedit.msc
* You will see [Local Computer Policy]
* Expand the [Administrative Templates] branch
* Expand the [Network] branch
* Highlight [QoS Packet Scheduler]
* Double-click [Limit Reservable Bandwidth]
* Check [Enabled]
* Change [Bandwidth limit %] to 0 %
* Click [Apply] [OK]
* Restart

firstly you want to download a Resource Hacker(just type in google and you can get a download link)
aft download make a copy explorer.exe rename it explorer1.exe and paste in window folder (u get explorer.exe in c:\window)
extract the resource hacker aft extract open that file and open resource hacker.
in resr hac frm file menu click open and open explo1.exe then click string table 37 and remove start and write ur name then compile it then open 38 do the same process
aft compile click file nd click save then close the resr hac
now opne run type regedit
click
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
select winlogon and u can see shell file
right click on shell and modify it with explorer1.exe
cloase the window
restart system and ur name is on the start button
you can change it with only 5 digit ok
